ok, see, when my family came back from eating dinner outside today, my bro tuned in to espn to watch a soccer match - man u vs. blackburn. it was already the 2nd half, but i just decided to sit down and watch anyway. i don't usually watch soccer, just decided to watch for fun. heh. anyway, as i said, it was already the 2nd half of the game and man u hadn't scored any goals yet! the score was 1-0. they tried to shoot many times, but the ball never got in. my brother was really agitated by that, considering the fact that's he a die-hard man u fan. haha. anyway, 70 min passed...and they still didn't get a goal! since i'd been watching the match for quite a while too, i really wanted man u to score as well! so...i decided to pray and ask God to let them score a goal.
80 min passed..90 min. the game was over, but there was still an extra 4 min. i then asked God again to let them score a goal..cos i knew that there were cases where some teams scored miraculous goals during the last min or something like that, so i was really hoping for a miracle to happen. and guess what? it did! man u scored a goal during the last 20s of the game! 20s you know, so cool! haha. so, this proves that even in cases such as these, prayer works wonders! =) and of course, everyone was really happy. all the man u supporters there, alex ferguson (hahaha) and my brother..and me too of course! hehhh. so yep. that's all i have to say. i still think it's really kinda cool =)
